Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 5 days of delivery. (Delivery date is established by the tracking number provided.) All pieces are insured during shipping, if there is damage done to the item you will need to return it to the studio prior to a replacement being sent.Orginal work/paintings cannot not be replaced. A comparable painting can be selected in it's place.
You must return all pieces before the studio will process any exchange or refund.
Refunds are only offered when the artwork is received and will take up to 10 business days to process. Refunds and credits are only refunded on the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
