Artwork Eligibility and Exclusivity

Only one piece of artwork is allowed per establishment.

If you own multiple locations, each location can receive one piece. Identical pieces are permitted only if they are displayed in locations of the same business (e.g., multiple Moo & Brew restaurant locations).

Additional pieces for a series are available at a discounted rate.

Commissioned work is available at standard pricing; details can be found on our Commissioned Work page.

Copyright and Reproduction Rights

The artist is the sole creator of all artwork provided.

All copyright and reproduction rights are retained by the artist.

The donation or sale of the artwork does not transfer these rights to the establishment.

Any reproduction or use beyond display requires the artist’s written consent, unless otherwise permitted by law.

Artwork Delivery and Display

Art pieces are printed on metal, canvas, or luster heirloom paper, matted and framed under museum glass.

Each piece is hand-delivered and can be hung by the artist upon request.

All artwork comes signed and includes a certificate of authenticity on the back.

Artist Information Display

In exchange for the donated artwork, the establishment agrees to display tasteful artist information next to the piece, encouraging customers to explore the artist’s collection.

Information must be displayed when art is on display to the public.

Artwork must be displayed in public area for minimum of 12 months.
